At Dinet we know that training is one of the most important tools for the development of our employees and that is why we care about providing all the necessary tools so that they can perform in the best possible way, adding value to the different processes of the supply chain.

Our objective is to provide a comprehensive training that will allow them to better understand how each part of our logistic process works; this is why we have developed a Logistics Training Program, where we cover topics such as:

  • Introduction to Logistics.
  • Reception of Local Purchases and Imports.
  • Reverse Logistics and Cross Docking.
  • Good Storage Practices.
  • Merchandise Preparation and Dispatch.
  • Inventory Control.
  • Leadership and Teamwork.

In 2017, 82 of our Program associates graduated. In the first quarter of this year we already have 91 of them.

Likewise, we have a Virtual Classroom that our associates can access from their work environment or from home, to reinforce knowledge acquired during training.

That is why at Dinet we can say that our staff is highly trained in specialized logistics courses for professional growth in their careers. This allows us to provide a high quality service to our customers in the most important sectors of the country.
